Why does it often take a while to ship my order?

I require an invoice, where can I find it?
Our store does NOT use Quick-DOWNLOAD. This means that we ship manually, after checking the order and upon receipt of payment. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, it may take some time to process your order. However, once you have received confirmation of your order and payment has been made, you can assume that your order will be forwarded to your customer account and can be downloaded as soon as possible.
An invoice of your order can be found on your customer account under ORDER HISTORY ---> DOWNLOAD. Here, every order number and the corresponding midi files, as well as the invoice in PDF format, can be found. You can retrieve these files for 1 year.
